New Patient Journey – Post Covid-19

Covid-19 Update and Dental Service

Following changes in Government guidelines, the surgery is now able to provide face to face care.

Please note it will not be business as usual. We will prioritise appointments based on patient need with emergency care being the priority.  The way we operate will be different and you will see changes when you come to the practice and we will be wearing new personal protection equipment to make sure we provide safe services. It will take some time before services return to what you previously experienced as normal. We will contact you to make sure you are not experiencing dental problems and to update you on the current situation. Please be patient with us while we work towards resuming normal dental services.

Please note that we are seeing patients by appointment only and if you require advice or care please telephone the practice. Please do not attend without an appointment or before calling us as in line with guidelines our front doors  need to remain closed.
